Key features include:

• Monitoring positive check-ins and scratches from finals to see if your athlete or relay has moved into another heat or been scratched into finals.

• Ability to scratch athletes/relays from events, or submit a scratch or an intent to scratch for finals.

• Positive check-ins for distance events and relays, as well as relay submissions (names and order) are also managed here.

The Virtual Clerk is designed to keep coaches and swimmers informed in real-time—no need to make repeated trips to a Clerk of Course desk.
